Black tea and brandy

  1. Brew black tea (Nilgiri, Ceylon, etc.).
  2. Onto a spoon, place sugar cubes that have been well soaked in brandy.
  3. Set the sugar alight, and dissolve it into the black tea.

Ceylon tea & mulled wine

  1. Place red wine, sliced orange, a handful of spices and sugar into a pan.
  2. Heat the pan until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  3. Mix the mulled wine syrup with an equal amount of double strength Ceylon tea.

Herbs and Vodka

  1. Pour a handful of hot water onto the herbal blend to brew.
  2. Add vodka to the herbal infusion and infuse in a covered container for one to two hours at room temperature. (Use 10 grams of herbal infusion per 20ml of vodka).
  3. Enjoy it with ice or soda.
