Tea cocktail recipes for winter
Black tea and brandy
- Brew black tea (Nilgiri, Ceylon, etc.).
- Onto a spoon, place sugar cubes that have been well soaked in brandy.
- Set the sugar alight, and dissolve it into the black tea.
Ceylon tea & mulled wine
- Place red wine, sliced orange, a handful of spices and sugar into a pan.
- Heat the pan until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Mix the mulled wine syrup with an equal amount of double strength Ceylon tea.
Herbs and Vodka
- Pour a handful of hot water onto the herbal blend to brew.
- Add vodka to the herbal infusion and infuse in a covered container for one to two hours at room temperature. (Use 10 grams of herbal infusion per 20ml of vodka).
- Enjoy it with ice or soda.
