If you haven't tried white tea yet, this may be a good place to start. Light in flavor with no bitter aftertaste, the melon tea makes a fantastic hot or iced cup. The melon isn't pronounced as you sip, but exhale after you swallow, and the aftertaste is honeydew: flavorful without being overwhelming. No added sweetener needed!
