<Green> tea shines like a green jade.

The major examples are green and oolong teas produced mainly in the East. Instead of complete fermentation of tealeaves like black tea, green tea is produced by halting fermentation by applying heat. Oolong tea is produced by a half-fermentation process adding heat to once fermented tealeaves. We also create novel flavored teas with green or oolong tea bases.
